- Rate includes: All government taxes. Complimentary transfer on arrival. Complimentary daily maid service. Wireless internet access.
- Villa Staff Services: Meal preparation service is available from housekeeper.
- Laundry service is available from housekeeper.
- Tipping: Tipping is very much appreciated around 5-10%. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures the staff that their service is appreciated.
- To confirm booking: A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A refundable USD 200 damage deposit will be included in final invoice. Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date and is non-refundable. In event of cancellations, deposits or full payments can be reused for an alternate booking based on villa availability. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque or bank draft.
